Creations by Barbara, Ltd. is an inspected and licensed custom cake studio in Cary.  We are by appointment only.  Our specialty is delicious custom cakes for your wedding, birthday or special event.  Each cake we make is baked by us specifically for your order, you can be sure it will be fresh and delicious (as a result, we also do not have extra cakes on hand and cannot accommodate last minute orders).   

In addition to fabulous custom cakes, Creations by Barbara, Ltd. offers Decorating Parties.  There are packages designed for different levels of decorating interests and ages.  Creations by Barbara brings all the decorating tools needed to your location.
